On January 27, 2022, at Tha Sala Phirom Room, Academic Building 8, School of Languages and General Education organized elections for academic council committees to replace vacant positions and school board committees (additional). This opportunity was honored by Professor Dr. Sombat Thamrongthanyawong, Acting President of Walailak University to be the chair of these elections.

On this occasion, Associate Professor Dr. Mullica Jaroensutasinee, an Acting Dean of the School of Languages and General Education, Assistant Professor Piyachat Sungtee, Acting Deputy Dean, Dr. Thaweeluck Pollachom, and the lecturers gave flowers on the occasion of Walailak University Council approved Prof. Dr. Sombat Thamrongthanyawong to be the President of Walailak University for another term.
