Today (15 July 2026), the School of Languages and General Education (SOLGEN), Walailak University, organized the workshop How to Start a Research Project: Key Concepts Teachers Should Know.

The opening ceremony was presided over by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pragasit Sitthitikul, Acting Dean of SOLGEN.
The workshop featured Assoc. Prof. Dr. Budi Waluyo, a two-time recipient of Walailak University’s Golden Journal Paper (JP) Award, who shared practical insights on starting research projects and publishing internationally.

The workshop aimed to enhance faculty members’ research skills, especially those of new lecturers.
