SOLGEN, in collaboration with the SOLGEN Student Club, organised a training session on the topic 'Future-Proof Financial Strategies in 21 Century'
School of Languages and General Education, in collaboration with the SOLGEN Student Club, organised a training session on the topic “(Future-Proof Financial Strategies in 21 Century).” The event featured a speaker from Kiatnakin Phatra Bank, who provided insights and guidance on financial management to a group of interested students attending the session.
 
The event attracted more than 60 students, with feedback from participants resulting in an evaluation score of 4.62, which is considered excellent, and received positive responses from those who attended. The session covered the main topic KKP FinLit: Following Financial Life, focusing on providing fundamental knowledge and techniques that can be applied to manage personal finances effectively. The topics covered included:
  • The importance of financial management and setting life goals
  • The 4 Rs for sustainable preparedness
  • Basic knowledge of saving and investing
  • Top financial planning tools
  • Taxes and life insurance protection
  • Debt traps and debt management: Financial risks
  • Workshop on investing through mutual funds
The event took place on Wednesday, 18th December 2024, from 1:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. at the Srithammarat Conference Room, Architecture and Design Building (AD3401). This training session not only provided students with valuable knowledge on financial management but also helped to develop essential skills for making informed financial decisions in daily life, ensuring preparation for a financially secure future.
